Obviously this little brunette secretary is needing to let loose after a long day of work. And her way of doing that - jumping into the fountain in her tight little leather miniskirt and blouse and splashing around for all to see. As she makes a spectacle of herself at least she's having fun laughing and giggling as she gets wet and messy. Surely she will be getting a lot of attention as she walks home in her see-through wet top and skin clinging skirt!
